Refund Policy

The short version

We refund within 14 days of purchase if the product isn't right for you. You don't have to justify it — though if you tell us what didn't work, it helps us improve.

How to request one

Email oleg.ptuh@gmail.com from the address used at purchase, or include your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 3-14 business days to post it.

What happens to your access

Once refunded, access to the files ends, and you agree to delete any files already downloaded.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is good reason to believe the product was bought for resale or redistribution.
